Sandy Bay Networks began in 1996 by providing Web design to area businesses. Our philosophy then, and still is, to work with our clients as partners to build their business.

We are a premier, privately held full service, web design and application development company serving clients in both the public and private sectors. We combine marketing and technology to build powerful, productive, and fully integrated e-business solutions. Our consulting practice has helped organizations become more effective through the application of web and database technologies.

The owners, Duane and Elizabeth, are also intimately involved in the day to day operations of the organization.


Duane Boudreau, President & Chief Technology Officer 
Duane has held a number of positions in the technology sector, including Director of Web Technology at Ektron Incorporated. As Director, Duane's main fucntion was managing, designing, and developing early version of Ektron's content managment solutions.
